An exquisite Brazilian peroba wood table with three drawers from the 18th century. This antique table from Brazil is made from peroba wood, which is a tropical native hardwood to Brazil that is 35% harder than oak. The rectangular-shaped top rests upon an apron which houses three drawers along one side, and is raised upon a pair of saw-horse style wooden legs with plain wood rail stretches between them. The table has a beautifully rustic patina, showing character from it’s prior use and age. This versatile 18th century Brazilian piece, which can easily function as a work table or console, is a great way to add a bit of rustic and casual-ease to your living space.
