This is an antique, porcelain, tiled-in, fully recessed toilet paper holder made by The Fairfacts Co. Inc New York. Marked F 2 Biltin. This toilet paper holder would have been installed in tiled walls with Subway tile. This toilet paper holder is in very good condition. All bathroom retro-renovations need an appropriately styled toilet paper holder. There is no roll holder included.
