A stunning Belgian hand painted art pottery vase decorated with Islamic style floral designs attributed to Charles Catteau and dating from around 1920. The vase of rounded bulbous shape stands on a narrow round foot with a narrow funnel shaped top and is hand painted with Islamic inspired floral designs repeated to both sides of the body with painted patterning around the top and lower rims. The vase is painted in tones of blue, red and green on a white ground with black printed makers marks to the base. The vase is impressed 675 along with painted mark D69. L.
