Large arceo installation by joachim-morineau studio dimensions: h 200 x d 210 x w 60 cm, 25 kg materials: aluminium / frosted plexiglass / led possibility to have a different colour/finish (such as blasted or anodized aluminium). Arceo is a light installation which creates an ambiance and gives structure to a public or private space by surrounding it. Arceo is inspired by numerous roman architectures such as aqueducts, triumphal arches or even the surroundings of the “canopus” of hadrian’s villa in tivoli. Different sizes and compositions can be created based on the needs: one, two, three arches. Studio joachim-morineau is a design studio founded by carla joachim (fr) and jordan morineau (fr), based in eindhoven (nl). Their work is a mix of crafts, industrial techniques and technology. They use experimentation to push the limits of each field.
