Carlo Hauner and Martin Eisler are most known by well-shaped armchairs made in iron, but the production it’s away more complex, handcrafted, and extensive.
The wood pieces produced by Forma Móveis e Objetos de Arte during 1950 in Brazil are highly designed and well-executed. Amazing construction details at the level of Joaquim Tenreiro, and very distinctive of any production of the time in Brazil.
That’s the case of this rare chair with armrest. The chairs call attention for being formed by two wood pieces; seat and the armrest as the same single piece of the supports.
The pieces are in very good vintage condition, restored in our Workshop by experienced professionals.
